At Happiesta, we want every purchase to bring joy — not worry. While we do not offer refunds or returns, we’re happy to help with easy exchanges!
7-Day Exchange Window
Eligible Products
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Toys that are damaged, used, or missing parts will not be accepted for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange
1. Email us at csthehappiesta@gmail.com or call us at +91 706 502 2544 within 7 days of delivery.
2. Mention your order number and reason for exchange.
3. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once received and inspected, we’ll dispatch the replacement.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain hygiene-sensitive or clearance items may not be eligible for exchange. Our team will inform you if your item falls into this category.
